Sterling Plating Automatic Tank Temperature Controllers
When looking after large production runs and making sure quality control is maintained, then it is important that your work procedures allow you to do this in a safe and timely manner. With this in mind, Sterling Plating Pty Ltd decided upgrade their metal plating facility with automatic temperature controllers on the tanks in their main plating line.
We were pleased to be able to provide the project specifications and installation expertise to ensure that the electrical portion of the installation was completed and able to interface properly with the steam heating coils within each tank.
This now allows the client to maintain proper control of the heat of each tank independently to various loads improving both the quality and finish of the work but also significantly reducing the energy usage for the same amount of work completed.
